Do not return any product before receiving any confirmation from Pistaa Sales. Without such confirmation Pistaa Sales will not be responsible of your return product.
Our responsibility is subject of safe receipt of defective product.
After receipt of defective product the product will be go through with our quality checking team if we found it as you told us then in exchange a new & fresh product will be sent to you by us. Both side shipping expenses will be done by Pistaa sales.
ANY SMALL ISSUES LIKE BUTTONS, TASSELS PULLED, AS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN DURING TRANSIT OF THE PRODUCT. YOU CAN EASILY FIX IT.
10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution and lights please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
If other product is not available the fund of customer will be refunded.
Once the Pistaa pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). We do issue a credit note for our customers, only when desired size of the product is not in stock.
Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Pistaa will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
We do only size exchange once for all orders. If you want to exchange your product kindly contact us.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pick up facility), as any returned items that is not received by Pistaa sales will be treated as not returned.

Purchase made during “SALE” are not eligible for any kind of Return or exchange.
Exchange can be done within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.

If You Don’t Like The Product
If our product is not up to your satisfaction level and you want to return the product we will take it back in 2 days from delivery date but the product should be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.
You will have to bear only both side courier charges.
We will issue a credit note for the rest amount and we will send it to you by email and whatsapp. Which will be valid for next 30 days, you can buy any product from our website using this credit note.
After 30 days this credit not will be null and void.
